Instructions:

Steps:
  1. Cook pasta shells, then stuff with the mixture of ricotta, spinach, and feta.
  2. Place in a freezer-safe dish, cover with marinara sauce, and freeze.

Recipe 2: Black Bean and Sweet Potato Enchiladas

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 2 cups of diced sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
