Frozen Greek Yogurt Berry Bark

A refreshing frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, mixed berries, peanut butter, and chocolate. Perfect for meal prep, summer snacking, and satisfying a sweet craving.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh berries of choice
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a sheet pan or tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread the Greek yogurt into an even layer about ¼-inch thick.
  • Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt.
  • Microwave the peanut butter and chocolate in 15-second intervals until smooth and drizzle over the yogurt.
  • Transfer to the freezer and freeze for about 3 hours, or until completely firm. Break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

  • Add honey or maple syrup if you'd like a sweeter bark.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
