- 1 cup cottage cheese whole milk, low-fat or fat-free
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, chopped parsley, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
