Peanut Butter and Jelly

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup berries mashed

Apple Cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1/2 apple sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Ricotta Cheese, Arugula and Honey

  • 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon honey drizzle

Egg and Avocado

  • 1 egg hard boiled
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Everything but Bagel seasoning optional

Pesto and Caprese Salad

  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1/2 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil drizzled
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic glaze optional

Instructions
 

  • Add toppings to rice cake
