Savory Blended Cottage Cheese Bowl Recipe
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme) chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper* to taste
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon bagel seasoning optional

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 2 tablespoons almonds or walnuts chopped
- Pinch of cinnamon
Savory Blended Cottage Cheese Bowl Recipe
In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, diced red bell pepper, chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed.
With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil until fully incorporated and the dip reaches your desired consistency.
Transfer the blended cottage cheese dip to a serving bowl.
Top with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and bagel seasoning.
Sweet Blended Cottage Cheese Bowl Recipe
In a high powered blender or food processor add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Once smooth, add to a bowl and top with fruit, nuts, and cinnamon.

*Be careful adding too much salt for the savory cottage cheese recipe. If your bagel seasoning comes with salt, skip adding the salt.
